This whole tour is Iceland circle beauty and exploring the different destination of Mother Nature. Travelers and Photographers can live 12 days of extreme Adventure with us on this Tour.
TRIP ESSENTIALS
Price: 2800 USD + 5% GST (this price is reserved for 5–7 people). If it’s less than 5 people, then the cost might go up.
ICE CAVE EXPERIENCE (Optional): Available at an extra cost (private ice cave specially for photography). Price: 400 USD per person (as of today).
Car: Big 9-seater car
Includes: Accommodation with breakfast, transport, fuel, insurances, parking, entrances as per itinerary, and a mentor for photography & skills.

ICELAND Tour Advice: Iceland experiences chilling weather conditions even during summers.
We strongly advise you to carry proper winter clothing and gear for this tour, as temperatures can drop significantly, especially at night.
With the right gear, you’ll be able to truly enjoy and explore the breathtaking beauty of Iceland.
We will share the complete packing checklist once we receive the booking amount.
Terms & Conditions:
- No refund will be made if a participant is unable to complete the tour due to health issues or leaves the tour midway. (Any extra arrangements like car or accommodation will be chargeable.)
- If flights to Iceland are delayed or cancelled and you cancel the trip on the tour start date, no refund will be provided (applicable only for in-flight situations).
- If the tour is cancelled from our side due to emergency or COVID-related issues, 100% refund will be initiated or adjusted toward future trips.
- The itinerary may change due to road closures or bad weather. No refund will be given for itinerary changes caused by weather conditions or heavy snowfall.
- Participants who prefer private accommodation must opt for a single supplement at an additional cost.
- If you are not interested in photography activities, kindly be patient and allow others to shoot. You may relax in the car or hotel as suitable.
- If you are not interested in night photography or star gazing, you may stay back at the hotel.
- Night photography is weather dependent and not guaranteed. No refund will be made if conditions are unfavorable.
- Every participant must sign the COVID Undertaking Form and Consent Form prior to the trip. These forms will be shared after booking confirmation.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN REYKJAVÍK
Arrival and group transfer to the hotel. Leisure time depending on flight arrival.
Overnight stay in Reykjavík.
DAY 2 – SNÆFELLSNES PENINSULA | OVERNIGHT: GRUNDARFJORDUR
Scenic drive through Northwestern Iceland. Sunset shoot at Kirkjufell Mountain. Night Aurora photography possibility.
DAY 3 – SNÆFELLSNES NATIONAL PARK | OVERNIGHT: STYKKISHÓLMUR
Early morning shoot at Grundarfjordur. Explore Snæfellsnes Peninsula including Black Church. Sunset again at Kirkjufell Mountain.
DAY 4 – GOLDEN CIRCLE – SELFOSS
Visit Þingvellir National Park, Oxarafoss Waterfall and Gullfoss. Overnight stay in Selfoss with possible Aurora shoot.
DAY 5 – SELFOSS TO SKAFTAFELL GLACIER
Drive along Iceland’s iconic Southern Road, exploring waterfalls and landscapes. Sunset shoot at Skaftafell Glacier.
DAY 6 – JÖKULSÁRLÓN & DIAMOND BEACH
Sunrise at the glacier, followed by visits to Jökulsárlón Lagoon and Diamond Beach. Sunset and possible Aurora shoot.
DAY 7 – FREE DAY / OPTIONAL ICE CAVE EXPERIENCE
Leisure day to relax or opt for a private Ice Cave photography experience. Explore Diamond Beach and surrounding areas.
DAY 8 – JÖKULSÁRLÓN TO HÖFN
Scenic coastal drive with sunset shoot at Vestrahorn Mountain. Overnight stay in Höfn.
DAY 9 – HÖFN – REYNISFJARA – SKÓGAFOSS
Explore Black Sand Beach, Dyrhólaey, and Skógafoss Waterfall. Night photography or Aurora hunting.
DAY 10 – SKÓGAFOSS TO REYKJAVÍK
Return to Reykjavík via Vík. Free time for shopping and city exploration.
DAY 11 – DEPARTURE
Group transfer to the airport. Breakfast not included.
50% advance payment along with passport copy is required to initiate booking (90 days prior).
Remaining payment to be completed 45 days before departure with flight tickets and visa copy.

Nakul Sharma is a professional travel photographer and tour leader based in Delhi, with over a decade of experience. He is the first Indian photographer to create a professional photo story on the Northern Lights in Iceland.
